The story

Built by practitioners, not partners.

Between us, our directors have delivered more than twenty major programmes — from national government platforms to integration-heavy enterprise CRM. We've sat on both sides of the table: as the architects under deadline pressure, and as the team called in when someone else's programme went sideways.

5i Consulting is what we wished existed: a firm small enough that the senior people stay hands-on, and disciplined enough that they're held to a standard with a name. Five i's. No exceptions.

Founding Director — CRM & Salesforce Architecture

13+ years on the Salesforce platform, from developer to sole technical architect. Led the development stream on the ONS Census workforce-management programme and sole-architected a multi-brand Experience Cloud portal for a global staffing group. Still writes production code daily — and believes it sharpens every architecture decision.
